Bill Allows IRS To Revoke Second Amendment Rights By Stealth

It looks like the power of the IRS to revoke passports is merely a drop in the tyrannical bucket.

The Senate has voted to approve Bill 1813, which is now on its way to the House. The insidious bill has so many attacks on freedom that the most serious one has been largely overlooked.

There are two attacks on gun ownership in this bill. The text of the bill, all 1676 pages of it, can be found HERE.

The first attack on the right to bear arms is found on page 1323.

The Secretary may modify, suspend, or terminate a special permit or approval if the Secretary determines that—(1) the person who was granted the special permit or approval has violated the special permit or approval or the regulations issued under this chapter in a manner that demonstrates that the person is not fit to conduct the activity authorized by the special permit or approval; or (2) the special permit or approval is unsafe.

In the ambiguous language that the Congress so loves to employ in all things unconstitutional, we can translate that to the parental favorite, “Because I said so.”

The second attack on gun ownership is more subtle.

Smoke and Mirrors, this is how they pass so many laws taking away our freedom.  Contact all your representatives and let them know you are aware of bill 1813 and before they vote remove all the freedom robing sections.

What you want to bet, that the reason these (I’m going to be civil) civil servants write such long bills–this one is over 1500 pages!!, is so they can hide, and sneak stuff through, like these attacks on the second amendment…which I think was intended in great part, to give us lowly citizens a weapon against a tyrannical government…I’m getting close to being ready to use it.

The IRS is just a collection agency for the Federal Reserve… nothing else.. they are the arm of the crooks.

We are now faced with the truth, there are two clases of people in America.  The GOVERMENT ELITE and the SUBHUMANS ( WE THE TAX PAYING PEOPLE) This is what the IRS thinks of us.  Obama is conducting this take over of our Nation with lies and moking halftruths, that continue, unchallenged by our elected leaders or the media, that is in it with him on this.  November is coming but WE THE PEOPLE MUST GET MOVING NOW, to get all this Communist/ Marxist out of office.

perhaps you didn’t notice, the article was incorrect, no one is taking your guns away. Not everything you read on the internet is true.

I would appear that the government does not fear the citizens, so the citizens should fear the government. With our infrastructure in disrepair, upside down cities, states and Federal government with debt, citizens without jobs, savings, and hungry, and with over 20,000 NATO foreign troups stationed perminately in several states, and detention centers waiting for us, we are mostly helpless. Our votes don’t count, our laws are unconstitutional, gangs, drug cartels and some 40 million undocumented immigrants many who do not speak English or understand our laws, it looks like the people are no longer in control. While undocumented immagrants can get into the country, citizens can be prevented from getting out. Little wonder that some 1,800 wealthy persons have left the US last year and have renounced their citizenship, and the government has made a list to get back their wealth. Think Facebook.
