NRA-ILA Breaks Down the Feinstein Frontal Attack on Your RKBA

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)—author of the federal “assault weapon” and “large” ammunition magazine ban of 1994-2004—has announced that on the first day of the new Congress—January 3rd— she will introduce a bill to which her 1994 ban will pale by comparison. On Dec. 17th, Feinstein said, “I have been working with my staff for over a year on this legislation” and “It will be carefully focused.” Indicating the depth of her research on the issue, she said on Dec. 21st that she had personally looked at pictures of guns in 1993, and again in 2012.

According to a Dec. 27th posting ( ) on Sen. Feinstein’s website and a draft of the bill obtained by NRA-ILA, the new ban would, among other things, adopt new definitions of “assault weapon” that would affect a much larger variety of firearms, require current owners of such firearms to register them with the federal government under the National Firearms Act, and require forfeiture of the firearms upon the deaths of their current owners. Some of the changes in Feinstein’s new bill are as follows:

Reduces, from two to one, the number of permitted external features on various firearms. The 1994 ban permitted various firearms to be manufactured only if they were assembled with no more than one feature listed in the law. Feinstein’s new bill would prohibit the manufacture of the same firearms with even one of the features.

i have notified my legislators more then once now to be sure they do not sign on to any thing over an emotional response. This is a many faceted problem, and taking away guns does not solve it and never will. I have stated that it seems to me that some in Congress want to turn us into victims with the passing of these laws. Also we take notice and we vote accordingly.

Californianers – ACHTUNG! Feinstein is a blue ribbon example of why we are damned fools to send politicians to D.C. for carreers. Is it so difficult to learn to spell another candidates’ name? How about getting off your lame ass and choosing and vetting your own candidate – as opposed to settling for a choice of the lesser-of-two-evils given you by the “parties”? Please, add Pelosi and Boxer to your GO AWAY list!

Californians have to be the most uninformed voters in the country to keep voting feinstein, pelosi and boxer in office.

One of the most effective methods of the Communists is to undermine the moral values of the people to gain power.

That is one of the reasons states like California, New York and now Washington allow the consumption of Marihuana and approve of HOMOSEXUAL WEDDINGS

The vote for homo weddings did not come to the people for a vote. The idiots in Albany voted it in. We the people had no say in it.

Nothing wrong with gay marriage either. If two people decide they want to be committed to each other and are willing to do so, why not grant them the same rights? They deserve to receive the same benefits AND the same consequences of this union as anyone else. It certainly isn’t hurting any of the people who spend their time rallying against it.
If we are truly going to have a free society, the government needs to stay out of social issues and stick to governing as they were meant to…and we all need to allow others to have the personal freedom that we expect for ourselves, whether we agree with their choices or not, so long as they are not directly hurting anyone. Nobody is above anybody else when it comes to liberty. The liberal government we have in office now tries to make it so…but so do the conservatives. I respect the rights and beliefs of those around me…but do not believe I should have to be governed by laws created solely to fit their definition of morality.

Leave it to the radical left to find ways to use tragedies to their benefit. Vote them out please before we go the way of Cuba or others in the past. Dont be fooled by the main lame media telling you whats important.

Just as I thought, the Dems have been sitting on this bill just waiting for Owebama’s reelection, and a suitable opportunity to put it on the table.

This is a DIRECT attack on the constitution and a seditious and treasonous act. She needs to be arrested and tried.

Dianne Feinstein is a boil on the butt of the Constitution and needs to be surgically lanced and purged of her puss filled character.
