A warrant is not enough. First, the height that these drones fly at make target specificity extremely difficult. Secondly, what is *REALLY* needed is regultions and prosecution of release or leaking of information gathered whether routine or warrated, with very strong civil and criminal penalties. An additional ammendment would deal with intentionally taking collected data out of context to make a case against an American Citizen.
