The Beretta Nano has become my EDC gun now that summer is officially here. It’s thin, relatively light, and easy to conceal on the belt or inside the waistband. It’s far from perfect, however, and I’ve searched far and wide for alternatives but keep coming back to this gun. So, having decided this was my EDC, I decided to make some improvements on my own.
I identified two areas I wanted to improve, both involving the grip.
The Nano has a very short grip which leaves the pinkie of your strong hand no place to rest. You are forced, as a result, to curl it underneath the baseplate of the magazine. The heavy slide makes recoil more manageable but the texture of the grip is very smooth, aside from some light checkering on the front and back-straps.
