Feinstein’s plan bans any gun with a ‘grip’?

A key gun law analyst who has published books on the issue of the Second Amendment and its rights and responsibilities for decades says the Feinstein gun ban bill is just exactly that, a gun ban bill.

Not, essentially, a plan to limit certain guns. Not a limit on the size of magazines. Not a plan for restrictions on those with certifiable mental instabilities, a ban on criminals’ access or a plan to encourage gun safety.

Alan Korwin is a nationally recognized expert resource on the issue of gun laws, and runs Bloomfield Press, which is the largest publisher and distributor of gun-law books in the country.

He said if the plan by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is made law, “any semiautomatic firearm with uses a magazine – handgun, rifle or shotgun – equipped with a ‘pistol grip,’ would be banned.”

    That woman (used loosely) should change her name to Frankenfeinstein. She truly is a monster. She lives in a fantasy world if she thinks any bill like that would pass. She needs to get out of congress and back on her medications. Since they have to be psychotropics that she is on, she should not be able to carry a gun.

    Feinstein’s knowledge of of firearms seems to have been attained by watching Hollywood movies. If she had ever actively pursued the truth, at say a gun range or NRA Gun Safety class she would at least know that an Assault Weapon is not a Semi-automatic……….anything, nor is it “military weaponry”. She has lost her grip on reality for the sake of theatrics and selling her Gun Grab to the sheeple.

        EXACTLY. The American experiment had one FATAL flaw. It allowed people that do not contribute to society to vote. At first the experiment still worked, because Americans were a good and moral people. But then unfettered immigration brought in people from third world crap-holes whose only intent was to parasitically drain attach themselves to us and drain us.

        Then our society began to rot from within, and some parents started teaching their children to HATE this greatest and most compassionate nation ever formed on our beloved Planet. They taught their children to reject education, and to vote for whoever promised the most OPM (Other People’s Money). Now that these new American parasites comprise half of the citizenry, we face dire straits. And since responsible people who actually pay for their children have less of them, the future isn’t looking very bright, either. Sad, but true.

    It is unfortunate that unstable and treacherous politicians like Feinstein are able to hold on to their office despite their extremist and illegal position against guns and gun ownership. Almost forty years ago My family and I left a third world dictatorship and chose to be proud Americans. Our loss of civil liberties started first with gun registration and the loss of our gun rights. It happened because whatever gun lobby we had were always on the defensive and so willing to compromise to appear reasonable and of course the anti gun dictator run all the opposition into the ground. Our anti gun opponents do not want to compromise! they want to disarm us all and that is just the nature of would be tyrants and their sycophants. Civility only works when everyone is civil, sometimes you just have to fight them.
