Past time to outlaw congress critters. Round them all up, brand them, neuter them, ear tag them and put them out to pasture so they can’t bother decent citizens again.

This
is “old hat” to LTC holders in Massachusetts. To get my class A, (high capacity
mag) LTC I was REQUIRED to take a 2 day state authorized training course, get
finger printed, photographed, fill out a multi-page application, disclose any
(including traffic) brushes with the law in the past 5 years, provide 2
character witnesses, have the usual electronic FBI background check, and get the OK from my local Chief of Police. Even after all
of that, MA residents can’t buy ammo through the mail or purchase many specific hand guns
not meeting the State Attorney General’s criteria. Last time I renewed (every 6 years here) I paid a lawyer $750 to prevent being downgraded to a Class B. (no high capacity mags) It worked, so I’m not complaining. But I’m afraid the rest of the country may be in for the same kind of treatment we’ve been getting here in MA – don’t be surprised when it happens!

This is some serious stuff. Imagine jack-booted thugs kicking in your front door, shooting your 4 lb chiweenie, shooting your wife in the back, shooting your children in the head, shooting you about 50 times. How many will THEY lose during this raid? Two? Five? Imagine the nightly news reports. Do they have the stomach to disarm millions of Americans in this way? I’ve thought long and hard about where my last stand would be. It may be just inside my front door. I took an oath of office as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps over 25 years ago. Off the top of my head I still remember it: I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies both foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely without mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God. May be a little off, but that’s the gist of it.

ALL senators, congressmen and women, the VP and President swore an oath to uphold and protect the US Constitution. Gun Control of any kind is a violation of the Second Amendment as well as a flagrant violation of the DICK ACT. These violations of their oath of office fall under the definition of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” as they violate the civl and Constitutional rights of every citizen of the nation. Section Four, Article Two of the US Constitution states “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” Now bear in mind, spitting on the side walk and drunk driving are Misdemeanors… The point here is as a collective WE MUST FORCE our Conservative and sympathetic Democrat Senators and Congress members to to PUSH the fact that ALL guncontrol legislation is UNLAWFUL AN ILLEGAL and grounds fro removal of any supporting civil officers from office and INDEED, incarceation of them for the violation of OUR Constitutional rigts or even just the attempt of such actions!

Dont sit on your tails like so many of you did during the election and whine “but I can’t do anything” because THAT is what created this problem to begin with! STAND UP AND BE AN ADULT! STAND UP AND BE AN AMERICAN! STAND UP FOR ONCE IN YOUR MISERABLE LIFE AND EARN YOU RIGHT TO LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY! Contact your Senators And Congressmen and women and remind them of THE LAW OF THE LAND AND TELL THEM THAT WE ARE GOING TO HOLD THEM TO IT ! They are NOT going to club med, THEY WILL GET SUPER MAX right next to the illegals they let come here to rape and murder the natural born citizens! DAMNI STAND UP AND FIGHT!

I really doubt if one person here would actually if and when the time comes stand up to a government that wants to do any major type of gun control. It’s mostly bar room talk, and for the very few that actually would you will be asking yourself where all those that you thought had your back are. What may really sound good here, I doubt happens, you need to remember to actually get out and vote next time, had u this last election, probalblly wouldn’t be having this conversation. Something like 4,000,000 republicans that voted in 08 didn’t show up this time, how else did this man get elected
