Feds Raid Store Where Lanza’s Mother Bought Guns

The gun store where Nancy Lanza, mother of Adam Lanza, bought her guns was raided by Federal agents from the Bureau of alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Thursday.

Riverview Sales, in East Windsor, Connecticut, was raided at roughly 5:15 p.m. Lanza had used one or more of the guns in the massacre that were sold to his mother at the store.

The ostensible reason for the raid was that the store has been robbed at least twice recently, once to steal an AR-15 and once for a .50 caliber gun. Both thefts were said to be by a man with a history of mental illness. Law enforcement officials say they feared the man planned to perpetrate an attack similar to Lanza’s.

So instead of starting a manhunt for the whack job that might possess an AR and a 50 cal, they go after the gun shop owner? Makes total sense…

This would be the Muslim usurper’s BATF.

More Bullshit. Following days of lying to the public about the Benghazi attack, blaming it all on a video, in the middle of the night the Feds arrest the video maker. As if he was a terrorist threat to us. Once again we see our government showing their incompetence. So someone breaks into your property now, and the FBI can use that now as an excuse to followup with their own break in. How many times have we read where innocent folks were killed when the feds or ignorant swat teams raided the wrong address and ended up shooting the occupants who tried to defend themselves from an attack. And of course it always gets brushed under the rug. Just another mistaken identity. Ever notice how often you read about cops shooting dogs? you never hear about the postal emplyee shooting dogs. Why are those who we are supposed to trust to carry guns, always the ones killing innocents, and our dogs?

Have we forgotten Ruby Ridge or Waco? The Government has no problem killing children yet they claim to be the only ones able to defend them. How many dead children at Waco died unnecessarily? Gun crazy ATF folks took a Tank and bulldozed the building that eventually caught fire and ended with everyone dead.

I have not forgotten. Not a single government employee was tried or went to prison over that gross violation of the constitution. Those people were murdered by the almighty government. The problem is that there is nobody to put them in prison, they run the prisons. They answer to nobody, and they have no fear of God.

Kinda sounds like the “we shot and killed him”, for his own protection thing.

Aha, that’show we solve crimes in Obamerica. Raid the store instead of the robber.

Why the raid? Couldn’t they just walk in with a warrant … talk about madman? Our government seems to be filled with them… Oh how I love politics! NOT!!!!

  • Mike_Sr

    Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
A purported mentally ill person buys or attempts to buy a gun and ***The Gun Store** is raided????????
Of course the mentally ill person can’t even be stopped anquestioned because he or shee has rights….
Which obviously, sane law-abiding citizens and gun stores don’t!

  • mary711

Exactly, why would you have a raid on the store that sold the guns legally to Adam Lanza’s mother, pure Federal stupidity. Nothing more than a reuse to throw their weight around. Go after the guy moron’s not the legal gun dealer. If that’s the case how come you haven’t raided the ATF in Arizona, that’s a good place to start afterall they gave the guns away to cartels down there. Just another example of the stupid federal government in action. mary711

This is called rousting not investigating .It’s an intimidation factor that is common among low class sleizy police departments . The guns were sold near by the place they were used and the police failed on looking into the sales earlier

It seems to me this person is going after much bigger fish
then a school and I believe the FBI knows this but is withholding information.

  • pduffy

Why raid a store that was robbed? No raid on the robber? What a whacked society. Sounds like a political move to me.
