The GunMitt Review

This past weekend, our hunting days included 10-20 mph winds each day ranging from 2 degrees to about 25 degrees. Luckily, the colder day was the least windy so it was bearable.

How The GunMitt works is you slide it right over the end of the barrel and down to the butt. There is nylon adjustable strap to cinch in place so it wouldn’t shift or slide.

So how warm was it? At the end of each day, I needed to dry it because my hand was a little too warm. Compared to my The North Face glove on my left hand, which I found myself tucking into my Upland jacket occasionally because of chilled fingers.
