Gun rights groups now aligning solidly behind Romney

Posted on: October 15th, 2012

Gun-rights groups perceive President Barack Obama as a threat to unfettered access to firearms. They once had qualms about Mitt Romney, too.

But times and circumstances have changed for Romney, the GOP presidential nominee now in tune with the National Rifle Association and similar organizations, whose members are motivated voters.

In the tight White House race, every bit of support helps, especially in the most closely contested states and particularly from groups that claim millions of members nationwide.

Romney’s anti-gun position was exaggerated. He’s a friend to the shooting community.

All we ever heard from the MSM was king zero is ‘not going to take away your guns’. Yeah, right, this from the most anti-gun rights Chicago mobster politician ever elected. In case you missed it, 0bama has been ‘working under the radar’ from day one, as he confided to Sarah Brady. The culmination of which was the near miss of the UN world wide small arms ban, which would have nullified the 2nd amendment if he had signed off on it, unnoticed.
If you don’t vote for Romney and king zero gets a second shot at it, the UN gun ban will have a 90% chance of getting thru that time.

Obama lies about not wanting to take our guns. There is no question about this. Romney at least believes in the 2nd amendment. We are much better off with Romney, and Ryan is a hunter.
