State Dems Introduce Bill To Effectively Kill Concealed Carry

Bill Patmon and Ted Celeste, two Ohio Democrat State Representatives are co-sponsoring a bill, HB595, which would essentially reverse the current law.

According to the bill it is

“to generally prohibit a person from having a firearm on privately owned land or premises unless the person owns, controls, or resides on or in the land or premises, has permission of the owner or person who controls the land or premises and, if the land or premises is rental property, of the tenant when required, or is the tenant with respect to those premises.”

      I am not really sure the Republicans will ever enforce our laws either. They have given Obummer a pass on everything unconstitutional. The Republican Party is making being a Republican an idiot. The people need to get their collective heads togeather an rid the country of Democrats, Republicans, communists, socialists, etc. We have elected people that take the oath of office to protect the constitution and then break national laws. Why do any of these moran’s never prosecuted? I am begining to think that every person is expected to only obey the laws they personally want to obey.

    This is nothing less than an assault on our Constitution! Why do Dem.’s hate guns? I guess it’s in their DNA or something? I know that many of the “Men in the background” AKA Soro’s & friends hate the fact that the American Constitution gives us the right to defend our selfs against criminals AND repressive Govmt.’s. The secret to the success of America is our Constitution and it needs to be brought back to the forefront of our Govmt. system. Our fourfathers gave us a very simple blueprint on how to run a great country, all we have to do is follow it! All of the facts show that the people owning firearms works, it lowers crime rates in every instance. I’m sorry but there’s no way a cop can be there 24/7 to protect you, your family and your property. Thats what WE do as Americans. Guns are used hundreds of thousands of times each year to foil crimes and save lives, I can see no reason at all to stop that trend! These two Dem.’s need to be sent a very clear message from Ohioan’s, VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE! Nothing will get the attention of the others like them being kick out of their jobs! If you value your gun rights you need to know about obamas “Under the Radar” gun control plans also. If given another four years you will see the biggest assault on gun ownership in this countries history! He has said he would do it, you just have to dig to find the truth about him! So Please America, send a message that can’t be misunderstood this election year. HANDS OFF OUR GUN RIGHTS!

    Dems hate guns because a well armed man can not be taken over. Why in the blazes would anyone give their guns up in this country with what is going on. How many times do you see or read about a guy with a gun stopping some creep from hurting someone.
    There is only one reason for taking guns away from law abiding citizens and with the government it isn’t a good reason.
    Load up on ammo because if all else fails they will go for that first.

    If these democrats do not like our laws why don’t they move to where likable laws exist. They still can move to lovely places such as Cuba, Iran, Russia, of China. Their laws would more than likely suite them better. On the other hand, they would not be the ones making laws anymore in other places.     OK…. what are the “real” crime statistics in Ohio, before & after concealed carry laws were passed? Now in truth, that really should not matter, but those stats do put a serious dent in the liberal mantra that with guns it will be open warfare. They tried that in Florida a few years back, but the REAL stats show Florida has experienced a drop in criminal activity. The gun grabbers talked about gun fights on the streets & OK Corral style battles… yet none of that happened. Nor did in-home matrimonial murders increase as they said they would. Crimes like home invasions, especially where the elderly were concerned, are down. W/o realistic data to support their notions, their claims are bogus. But again, it is our “RIGHT” and no bogus babble about gun attacks by nut jobs, should sway our positions. In truth such attacks happen all over the world and even in nations where guns are supposedly prohibited. Gun ownership in America (particularly women owners) is up by supposedly 60%, while crimes, even during a serious recession, are down & down a lot based on previous reports. The FBI confirmed crime is down. Wanna bet a number of criminals are thinking twice before they act nowdays? Wonder why? I don’t!!!

    I hope no one every tries to take my wife’s guns away from her. She’s got em; she knows how to use em; and she is a good shot. Besides, I have seen her pissed off and it is not a pretty sight. To paraphrase Jerry Clower, Mama don’t want you messing with the rights she has. Add that to the fact that we are both Texans and have the “Lone Star State” attitude about gun rights.

    Not to worry, Ohioans won’t allow this to become law. Why would someone fear a law abiding citizen that has a right to carry? Don’t they realize that just being around a person legally carrying concealed makes you safer?? An armed society is a polite society!!!

    The People of this State MUST vote OUT of office these gun grabbing TRAITORS! Our Governor here in Arkansas almost singlhandedly killed our open carry , Thankfully this is his Last term ! We will be more careful in our next choice ,and will not forget his actions should he run for some other posistion. It is high time we STOPPED these attacks on our Constitutonal rights !

    NO STATE HAS THE RIGHT TO REGULATE GUNS. THE CONSTITUTION IS DIRECT AND CLEAR ON THE FACT THAT THE STATES ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEAL WITH ISSUES NOT COVERED BY THE CONSTITUTION WHICH MAKES IT VERY CLEAR.
