Why Liberals Want To Stop Gun Shows

A fundamental principle of a free people is the ability to transfer property to someone else without government intervention. In the case of firearms, it is often a tradition to pass on a gun from one generation to another.

A group called Mayors Against Illegal Guns co-chaired by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, commissioned a poll to determine how the public felt about tightening background checks on people that bought guns. It will come as little surprise that a group called Mayors Against Illegal Guns wants additional restrictive legislation on the already restrictive process; and they even bought the research that indicates the public agrees.

      These mayors need to lead by example. Have them remove all of those evil guns from their security details, in fact, they should do away with security details all together since it is so safe out there. Then and only then will I even consider letting the government know if I even have any guns. It amazes me that these mayors were elected by the people and are so ignorant that they believe that guns in the hands of law abiding mature citizens are more dangerous than in the hands of some teen age gang banger. I say, let them move to Australia or England if they want the citizens unarmed. That is one of the freedoms that these mayors are afforded in the United States and that is the freedom to leave. As far as Bloomberg is concerned, I will even pay his one way First Class ticket to any country he desires, just as long as he stays there.

    Are you sure it is not fools against guns! Disarming the population is one of the first actions of dictators before they take absolute power. Bloomberg is one of the biggest nuts around.

    This was tried in Australia and crime increased. So they had to abandon that law. But here is being done for a different purpose like Raymond said. “To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.” Obozo and his gang want to control us.

    Unfortunately we do not have men amongst us like our founding fathers or this issue would have already been decided. If they are there they certainly do not belong to the Republican Party. I just hope when the Marshal LAW comes our Military will do the right thing.
