Wolf’s Den: Invasive species crowding out fish and wildlife resources

You boaters out there no longer get a free lunch.

Up until now it has been an education effort but ignorance no longer is an acceptable excuse. If you show up at an Arizona lake with an invasive rider like zebra and quagga mussels attached to your boat or anchor you will be cited.

To conserve and defend our treasured fish and wildlife resources, it is vital all recreational users understand how invasive species will ultimately change America’s outdoor heritage.
